FROM GRAPES TO GLASS

November 22

Did you ever wonder how the same grape variety can taste so different depending on

where it is from and who made it? Then this is the class for you. We will focus on the

winemaking process and how decisions made in the vineyard and winery affect the

flavor of the wine in your glass. Topics covered will include decisions on when to harvest,

sparkling wine production techniques, white wine production, red wine production, and

how climate and terroir affect flavor.

TASTE LIKE A PRO

December 20

Blind tasting wine isn’t just a parlor trick; it can tell you quite a bit about the wine. Join us

for your opportunity to learn professional tasting techniques and key indicators to identify

popular grape varieties. We will walk through a flight of white and red wine step by step as a
group discussing key indicators to the variety in the glass and culminate with your very own

blind tasting exam with the winners taking home a delicious prize!
