Who doesn't love the incredible taste of fresh-picked seasonal 
fruit and vegetables? Take a day off and visit the beautiful 
farmland of the Redlands with Chef Damian Gilchrist. Nestled 

between the unique treasures of Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park lies an 
area rich in history, beauty, tropical climate and tempting food. Discover acres of incredible 
tropical fruits and vegetables, stunning orchids and fruit wines and beer. Taste exotic 
fruit wines and luscious homemade milkshakes along the route. Visit Curbside Market for 
morning cinnamon buns and pick fresh veggies and berries straight from the field. Next, off 
to Schnebly's Winery and Brewery and indulge with the locals. Afterward, a quick stop at RF 
Orchids, then off to Paradise Farms where everyone will enjoy a lavish farm to table lunch 
where you will break bread and raise a glass of wine with the farmers and others who make up 
Redland’s vibrant agricultural community. The lunch class, prepared by Executive Chef Damian 
Gilchrist, will use ingredients assembled from the farms we visited. Join us for this tour and
